Learning Mobility of Individuals

Association Realization organises regular training courses for competences’ building of our youth workers, volunteers and members, as well as other youth work organisations and educators, in the topics related to raising employability skills and (self-)entrepreneurship competences of youngsters with fewer opportunities, but mainly those with economic obstacles, unemployed and NEETs: Entrepreneurial learning – entrepreneurship education; Labour market issues incl. career guidance / youth unemployment; Enterprise, industry and SMEs (incl. entrepreneurship); ICT – new technologies – digital competences for Digital entrepreneurship; Social entrepreneurship; etc.
All our training courses are based on the approach and principles of non-formal education and we use a lot of insights from the SALTO booklets, EU policy documents and T-kits of the Partnership programme of EU and CoE. Every training course is designed as an open learning process based on participants’ experience and exchange. A combination of different creative, participatory and interactive methods is used and designed upon the profile of participants.

Circular ECOnomy ENTREpreneurship

Transitioning to a circular economy model brings significant opportunities for Europe and its citizens. This is an important part of the effort to modernise and transform Europe’s economy as we know it in a sustainable way of managing the economy.

That is the transition based on solid business logic that allows companies to achieve significant economic profit and increase their competitiveness in the market. In addition, such a management principle contributes to significant energy savings and environmental protection. Such jobs are then given a new look: they are becoming green jobs. It is generally believed that the first step towards a circular economy should be the adoption of new rhetoric, which includes the previously mentioned advantages of this economics model, the understanding that waste resources and that systematic changes are needed to achieve a sustainable economy and society.

And that is exactly what we are targeting with our project.
