Learning Mobility of Individuals

Association Realization organises regular training courses for competences’ building of our youth workers, volunteers and members, as well as other youth work organisations, in the topics related to using and adapting sport methodology in youth work for inclusion and acceptance of diversity: “Sport for ALL” methodology; Social inclusion and equal opportunities in sport; Health and wellbeing; Sport and leisure youth work with fewer opportunities’ youth; Youth sport work with youngsters with disabilities; etc.
All our youth sport work training courses are based on the approach and principles of non-formal education with using and adapting sport methodology into our activities and sessions. Every training course is designed as an open learning process based on participants’ experience and exchange. A combination of different creative, participatory and interactive methods is used and designed upon the profile of participants.
